This is without a doubt among the best beer in the Syracuse area, especially for NE IPAs. The space has a few tables and a TV in a nice garage like setting. If you're looking for a spot to grab some great New England/hazy IPAs then give this place a shot, you won't be disappointed.

Was in Central NY for a Grateful Dead fest this past weekend and sought out this place as it seemed to have great IPA's. Damn, it was a great move. Great little joint that has fantastic beer. Had a couple and took home a case. The only downfall is that's four hours from my house.

Yeah this place is a little gem within all the Syracuse area breweries. Nicer during warm weather when the garage door is open. Six tables inside (as of this post Dec. 2021). Good NE IPAs and varying other selections. Worth the trip to check out.

Someone wrote that they took off a star for them not having as many non-IPAs. While that may be true, the beer is great, the people are friendly and they have a few toys for kids. All around great spot!

As an award winning brewery, the team at UBL have gained the official recognition that many have already discovered: great beer is available fresh and straight from the brewery right here in Central New York.

The UBL team brews, among other things, a range of thoughtful "rotational series" beers; tweaking the recipes to coax the most out of each form. These guys are serious about their craft but still put the soft touch on customer service.

Pick up in store or at a few select local businesses. For immediate gratification, they also offer sales for consumption on site. Hours and availabilty are listed on the web site where you can find notification of special hours as well.

I'm sorry it's not a 5 star. The people were terrific, there's plenty of parking for the severely limited hrs of this very new brewery, and the beers we had were quite good. The missing star is because the offerings were all pilsners, pale ales & IPAs. Not a brown ale, porter, stout, maibock, red to be had.
They're new, they're working hard and putting out really good beer. Breadth of offerings will come, I'm sure. They've only been open a couple months (7/10/21).
