Check with guard and proceed to staging area, walk to dock 53 to check in with lumper and receiving. Wait for text lumper fees and when paperwork is ready for pick up. Close door and give guard their badges and get out.

I arrived at 0530 for a 0600 appointment. Met the bearded security officer I've read so much about in the reviews. The wife must have done him right last night because this morning he was cordial. Said good morning after I did. Quite helpful after I told him this was my first time here. Gave me clear directions and bid me a good day. I'm good with him. I was in a door by 0558. Capstone met me at the receiving door to get my paperwork and I was done and headed to the gate by 1000 which I thought was good considering I had a huge frozen load, 24 pallets with over 30 different items. I gave them a 3 though because they have no facilities for a driver and no overnight parking in such an out of way location. I'd do the load again however.

Dear Management, !!!

This morning at 5:30 AM, when I arrived at your facility, I encountered extremely rude and disrespectful behavior from the ‘’’security guard’’’ !!!!!! at the entrance. Without making eye contact or engaging in proper communication, he simply said “okay 👍”and allowed me to proceed. However, as I moved forward, he suddenly started shouting at me in an extremely loud voice, reprimanding me and telling me that I would not be allowed to come here again.!!!!!!

I believe that such behavior is neither in line with your company’s corporate values nor with basic professional ethics. The role of security personnel is to ensure orderly entry and exit from the facility and to assist drivers—not to scold, threaten, or act disrespectfully toward them.

I would like to understand why this individual continues to work here and how your company views such conduct. If he is experiencing professional burnout, I suggest that appropriate steps be taken to address the situation. For the sake of your company’s reputation, I believe that employees and visitors should receive more professional service.

I kindly request that necessary action be taken regarding this matter.

Avoid coming here, absolutely the worst place to deliver. Have an appointment at 7:00am, arrived at 6:25am. Security guard was very nice and helpful with detections to check in, started unloading at 6:45am and finished at 11:30am & on top of that I have to wait extra 40 mins for them to unlock my emergency line and get my paperwork. they have ZERO respect for drivers time, if there is less than zero stars to rate this place I’ll definitely leave, never coming here again.

The Somali security guard is very nice and professional. It was my first time here and he explained everything thoroughly. I had a 0900 appointment, I arrived at 0823, got a door and wasn’t finished unloading until 1443. Definitely won’t deliver here again, no respect for drivers times and you have to pay a lumper on top of that. Drivers, come here with a FULL clock!

The appointment is at 9:00, arrived at 8:05,it's 12:05, I haven't received the papers yet, the next shipment has already been canceled, a lousy place.

I have had 2 property damages caused by a delivery truck driving on my front lawn while backing into a restaurant making a delivery. I called about the 1st one on March 14, 2025. I was told someone would be calling back. No call. The 2nd time, March 25, 2025, same driver, same lawn, bigger hole. I called to report it. I was told someone will contact me. no call again. I called the following day, and then today, the 27th. I was told the driver has been told to stop doing it. I asked about repairing the lawn, again, "someone will contact me" I will continue to call everyday until the lawn is fived.

1star because security guard very rude. Appointment 5am dont bother coming early at 4:30 and the security guard will tell you to leave, and give u map to go park some place near by for $15. Probably gets a cut from it wherever he’s sending to park. Who knows.
