EFWA is a great organization helping low-income people in central NY. All-volunteers--no one is paid, so it may seen a bit disorganized at times, but they do a tremendous job on scant budget.
They are celebrating their 50th YEAR!!
Support then with donations and they will do even better outreach and support to those in need.

Needed charity doing good work. Comments here about rudeness miss the bigger picture. It is a volunteer run service by many people so your experience may be different each time but they are just volunteers serving people in great need. Support them.
