I’m a truck driver and had to deliver here. My Appt was 6 am they had me to a door and started unloading by 05:30. Polite, professional and seem like genuinely decent folks. The street doesn’t allow for a lot of room to back in but the company has a decent dock so if you know what you are doing it’s not bad at all. Not far off the highway and these guys are quick.

Definitely the worst. Since they only take pride & care for their family's friends, their family, while others work hard, don't work in companies that are Family Owned, if you really want to grow while you work. The case is sad but there is even racism within that company. Do not make the serious mistake of going to human resources, it will turn a deaf ear, and your employee friends will make you an ostile environment, for said act. There is a lot of conflict of interest. It really is good that Regional understands that the way you treat your customers is extremely important, but more important is taking care of your employees who are the ones who do the hard work for you. And no, they don't have core values ​​based on culture; Respect demands Respect... And may Charlie LaRocca rest in Peace 🙏 he really would be ashamed of what Regional Distributors has become, without him; President Mr. Scalen will be lost without direction.
