They don't take care of their coffee machines and when your machine inevitably breaks, they will trade it with another broken one. Rather than calling these people all the time it would be far easier to just buy a new coffee maker on Amazon and God help you if you can't navigate push-to connect plumbing.

Sirness Vending not only has the newest equipment and delicious food and drinks, but they have the best service! They have cashless options which is super convenient for those of us who don’t carry cash and very nice office staff. If the machine breaks, their Service Technicians are here in a flash! I recommend Sirness to all of my friends and family! Thank you, Sirness for being the best in the business!

The drivers are friendly and awesome. However, machines are often old, the products get stuck in/don't vend properly with the spiral mechanisms, prices get programmed wrong into the machine/machine has wrong price often, etc. etc. Get new equipment!

Product is outdated and at least a couple times within a month of his weekly visits you can count on him dropping soda and spills it and never cleans it up and his last visit on 3-22-2022 he drops soda again it splattered on floor and as he left out the door he states to me do you know anyone with a mop because there’s a sticky mess here that they need to clean up
