Tried the coffee shop for a bit. Plenty of parking, the inside has huge ceilings and is bright and airy. Drinks were good. Tables and chairs to do homework or work. Nice staff. Plenty of prepackaged things to take with you

A lot of different places in this market place I suggest MJ despencery and then the noodle place and there is a international market there they have the best Kimchi

I visited Lori's Natural foods for the first time. What a cool little store. I was impressed at how they carry local produce, honey and maple syrup. They also have a wall of bulk spices and many loose leaf teas in bulk to choose from. I enjoyed browsing the many snacks foods too. They carry a variety of frozen foods, some dairy free, which i appreciate. And everything is organic! The store has lots of vitamins, suppliments, protien powders and essential oils. Remember to bring a reusable bag!

Nice collection of wholesale and Retail stores here. Some International and some local. Definitely worth stopping by if you're in the area to check out a couple of the stores. I personally frequent knee blacks for any of my baking and cooking needs. Also Lori's is a very good stop for the health conscious. Palmers also is great for any of your meat, poultry and seafood needs. And if even you feel like a quick drink there's Blue toad cider.

This Market area has so many restaurants, wholesale stores for cooking supplies, international foods, natural foods, and the amazing Palmers meats. You really need to come for a day and get to know all of the businesses in this location. There are so many hidden gems. You really cannot fathom how many wonderful businesses are there. A truly special location.

Union Coffee, Marie's Gluten Free Bakery and Niblacks Spice store make this my favorite stop in the area! If they had a common outdoor area with stree heaters and tables, well I would probably just move in.

Went looking for sprouts, and found a bunch. Hard making a choice. Ended up with micro greens and two kinds of sprouts. Will definitely return for more!
