Review For Truckers:- try to Avoid this place as much as You can. Too tight to backup, even they are very unhelpful people. They ask you to check in around 3, but they start unloading at 7, dont Rush, you ll be the only one truck to deliver here in a day, so dont worry about your turn. If you have to come:- then check in front door, then come in back of the building, where you see the docks in satellite map.

Stopped here for the prime rib special they had going. Staff was friendly, and helpful, everything was easy to find. Prime Rib was great!

If you need to buy big quantities of meat, spices, sauces, veggies, fruits, cheese, etc. this is the place to go.

I regularly shopped here until yesterday. I understand businesses have certain policies, but you have no right to force me to shop the way you want. I was the weird customer that came in with the bag. You know, the reusable bags we were all forced to BUY because most big chains don’t give out plastic bags. I’ve always come in with a bag. But today, some man yelled to me from inside the butchers area, and then in a matter of seconds, kinda rushed me just to tell me “I have to use your basket in order to shop”. No, I don’t. Maybe not at your establishment. Plus, wasn’t there a pandemic? (whether it was hoax or not). This is America. I have a real problem with authority and arbitrary rules that are, when boiled down, are about control. This issue is coupled with the fact that I’m minding my own business and someone tells me “what I can/cannot do.” Your policies don’t mean I have to comply. So I put everything back (where it belonged) and walked to my car, pulled my dog out and we purchased our vegetables from across the street. I brought my bag straight to the farmers and skipped the middleman and the middleman’s basket. Now I’m on my way to Wegmans, where I’m going to use my bag to purchase my meats, and where no one is going to tell me that I have to do anything.

There is a young man named Ahmed who, from what I understand, goes by the initials A. He is incredibly helpful and friendly. I watch him always hurrying about and seeking to assist everyone. I really like him because he constantly strives to assist others, including my grandma, with whom he attempts to communicate in Spanish and arranges her taxis. Moreover, he refuses my offer of a tip. It's incredibly essential to me that he is paid properly, and it's great that he is assisting someone like my grandma who doesn't speak any English. They also have additional friendly employees like Kem and Jarry. They are pleasant to converse with as well. I enjoy them. 3 I don't like the security guard because he constantly yells at people without cause. My grandmother was getting into her taxi when he began to yell at her. I'm not sure why they would give him a job like that, and he constantly attempts to strike up a conversation, making me feel very uncomfortable whenever I approach him. However, aside from that, they are pretty good. They offer nice meat supplies, spices, and things like gloves, pots, and anything else you can think of for much less. I would have given the five stars, however because of how uncomfortable the security guard makes me feel and how he always checks me out. I will be giving a 4 stars.

Love love love the cuts of beef available here at such reasonable prices! They sell what once upon a time used to be the cheapest, and still the most flavourful cuts. The store is clean, staff especially nice. Having moved to the area recently, delighted to find this custom butcher and wholesale supply. Did you know they accept SNAP coins and certificates from Rochester Public Market? That's 40% bonus meat!

The customer service is amazing here I have never felt like a valued customer until I started shopping here. This is a family owned business that has deep ties to Rochester, NY. You do not need a member ship to shop here. If you are looking for a place to buy food to cook for a family reunion this is the place. There is an array of spices and seasoning. Seafood is seasonal, haddock is all year round, chicken, burgers, and plenty more.

This place for truckers is the worst!! The tightest spot I have ever backed into. If you’re on the right side of the street & you wanna make a U turn so you can back up 90-degree, you will have to drive to the first stop sign (about 100 meters away) and make a right turn (yes get in the gate) & then drive around the market but DO NOT TAKE Railroad way, keep going & then make a left turn & then you will see the place on your left & now good luck backing up 90-degree. It’s very tight, but it’s better than backing up blindspot. None of the guys at this place even tried to help, they watching the whole time!!!
