This is a great cafe for studying or just relaxing/catching up.

The coffee was great and there was comfortable seating with the perfect amount of lighting to studying. It doesn’t get too loud because the sound kind of becomes background so it’s perfect.

It’s a privilege to get to sit here amongst the smell of fresh coffee and pastries and melt into the coffee shop chatter as you study away.

loved it! I stopped in for a quick afternoon cup on my way home and was greeted by an incredibly friendly staff. They were busy but not too much. Andrew was very kind and also informed me about allergies within the restaurant- now it’s not food safe for peanut allergies (for food), however the coffee is kept separate from the food, so it depends on the severity of your allergy. Great experience! 2 coffees with syrup for 10$

This place is ridiculously dark—like a seedy dive bar I once stumbled into in Grand Rapids, MI. Flat-screen TVs only display the menu, as if you’d want to stare at that for long. Don’t bother with the WiFi either; it’s trash. This spot took over for Bean and seems to have recycled pretty much everything, including the mediocrity. There’s this neon red “socially good coffee” sign in the back - reminds me of the Kenny Rogers sign from Seinfeld. Try not to stare at it too long or it’ll screw up your “rods and cones”.

The food? Shipped in from a couple of spots on Long Island. Nothing is made fresh here. The breakfast sandwiches sit under a heat lamp—who knows for how long? Not that you'd want one anyway; they’re overpriced and slapped onto this terrible potato bread. Do yourself a favor and walk down the street to literally any other spot. Goldbergs won’t disappoint.

The coffee is painfully average, and even the basics will set you back $5. Sure, the staff is friendly, but for $5-6 for a medium regular coffee, what else would you expect? Honestly, you might as well go to the Starbucks on the corner—at least there you’re paying for consistency. But hey, at least the owner remembers your name here. Cool, I guess.

I have been to CoHo in Patchogue several times. I find that it is THE perfect place to go for excellent coffee – with a long list of types and sizes and something, of course to go with that coffee. The selection of baked products is astounding. There are beautiful scones; delectable pastries; and of course, croissants. What I love is that none of these are wrapped in plastic (which could make them soggy or mushy), but instead they are displayed in the beautiful light of the glass cases – ready for you to pick what you want. CoHo also serves egg sandwiches in the morning, and a whole variety of delicious sandwiches and Paninis throughout the day.
The seating is comfortable with tables, counter at the window, lounge chairs, and some outdoor seating. What I love about the place is the lighting. It is soft enough to be welcoming without being distracting. It’s simply relaxing, which is what the customers there are doing.
Best is the owner, Rob, and staff. They go beyond courteous, by being friendly and concerned about their patrons. Rob is amazing and makes you feel as if you’ve come to his home, so “Come in. Have a coffee and maybe a bite. Sit down and be comfortable. I’m glad to see you.”
This is my coffee spot. You really should try CoHo in Patchogue and make it your coffee spot, too!

I absolutely love CoHo! The staff is always so friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making every visit a pleasant experience. You can tell they genuinely care about providing great service. And let me just say, the coconut cream coffee is a game changer! It’s rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced — truly one of the best cups I’ve ever had. I always look forward to coming back! Highly recommend this place!

First time here, but certainly won't be the last time. Came to drop off my wife who was going to spend some time with a friend, as I ate a PB with a double shot espresso while we waited... It was delicious. No pic of it because I ate it too fast =D. Staff is great, ambiance is perfect for a coffee shop... Just fantastic.

Update: still great!

I cannot say enough good things about CoHo! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with the warmest atmosphere and the most incredible coffee. It’s clear that a lot of love and care goes into everything here. Rob truly makes this place special - his passion for coffee and dedication to his customers is very evident. Not only does he know how to craft the perfect brew, but he also takes the time to get to know his customers. He never fails to remember the tiniest details. He truly makes everyone feel like family. If you’re looking for great coffee and an even better experience, this is the place to be! I highly recommend.

Favorite coffee shop on the island, such an inviting comfortable atmosphere. You can really tell the owner is dedicated and involved in the business as well as all the employees. A warm family atmosphere but never too loud. Also of course the coffee/ food selection is great. Reasonable prices too. Only place I can actually focus and get work done.
