The whole place is amazing, staff is super friendly and great with the kids, and I mean all of the staff, the owner is an exceptional person and goes above and beyond, he’s super friendly and his only concern is making sure that you and your family are having the best time in his facility. Honestly hats off to Pete for running such a great place with great things for the kids at such a reasonable price, it’s incomparable to any other place on long island where your going to spend hundreds for a day like this, everything is priced great comparable to upstate farms. Facility is clean and superbly maintained. I have no negatives about this place at all, my kids ask me to go back every weekend.

My family loves Woodside nursery! My young children had fun at the Haunted Tunnel and Dinosaur walk and it’s a convenient place to buy pumpkins and fall decor. We love to come back to see Santa at Christmas time as well!

Absolutely amazing place. We have gone for pumpkins in the past but we went for our Christmas tree this year and we got more than we bargained for. A perfect tree, pictures with Santa, and an awesome light up walking path that my niece loved. The owner was a very friendly guy and super helpful.

We can't say enough about Woodside Nursery & Garden Center! Our Real Estate Team sponsors a couple of free community events there throughout the year (photos with Santa and the Easter Bunny) and we hold our Annual Fall Client Appreciation party. Everyone loves coming to see us here. They have a great variety of activities for fall fall and a beautifully decorated greenhouse for a visit with Santa! Pete, Rosie and their staff are so friendly and accommodating. Support a great local business and shop here for all your holiday decor!

We went on October 6, so it was quiet on a Sunday, but I was disappointed by the Halloween tunnel because they raised the prices quite a bit (now it’s $10 a person for a three or four minute walk through). We ended up only buying pumpkins (very few gourds). I felt bad because my kids are autistic and I can’t let them walk through alone, but I met another family in the parking lot who said the same thing, that the pricing increase was too much for the haunted walk-through. He was putting his baby stroller back in the car upset that he drove all the way there just for pumpkins. lol. I felt better not depriving just my kids. Good place for a pumpkin, very young teenager staff, which is very nice and they have no control over the prices. I just know not to tell my kids we’re going for the walk-through anymore.

This is a fun place with no entry fee, all activities are pay-as-you-go only for what you want. My family enjoys the not so spooky walk through tunnel that includes dinosaurs. My kids also enjoy the panning for gold and gems in the water. They do not have an actual pumpkin fields, more like pre picked pumpkins set out on a field of hay but it serves its purpose. On the weekends in October they have face painting and balloon twisting as well as corn on the cob. They also have make your own scarecrows and a little General Store.
The only reason I gave it four stars and not five is because they do not have a bathroom, just porta potties.
