Our first and second experience was great. Friendly staff. Cheeseburger combo for $9. Can’t beat that. I’d rather go there than a fast food drive thru. Food was yummy!

I was super-excited to get a burger here because of the reviews.
The burgers are "okay."
I ordered the Cajun Tots and that was a HUGE MISTAKE!!!! I asked if they used Tony Chachere's seasoning or what seasoning they used (perhaps from Louisiana).

The guy told me that they had their own powder mixture (?). Against better judgement, I still ordered them. They were so salty, I couldn't eat them.

The tots are a good quality tot, though.
The hotdog was good. 5/5 for the hotdog!

I live far from here about, 15 to 20 minutes and I never had their burgers until I picked up for them for my job, UBER EATS. I'm a driver, and I walked into a savoring, flavorful, grill burning aroma (burgers on the grill) and I had to order for myself , I couldn't resist, even though the route was out of the way. I'm so glad I did, the taste matched the scent. And im in love with their burgers now,

I didn't like the behavior of the girl who works there... She behaved very badly towards the food delivery driver... When she prepared the order somewhere in 20 minutes, she asked the driver to show the customer's name again... He showed it, she said in a bad tone: I won't give you the order if you don't click confirm, he replied that he couldn't if she didn't show the receipt from the order where the customer's name is, he had to take a photo of the recipient, she didn't give him the opportunity to click confirm using a photo... The driver asked her why she treated him so badly, she answered him ironically bye bye, and gave him the order... He looked at her, put the order on the table and told her: "I've never stolen food from a person in my life if that's what you thought about me" he left it on the table and left with tears in his eyes... For the first time I felt that this driver was honest and I felt sorry for him... It happened tonight 02/10/25

I ordered online e for the 1st time from this burger restaurant. I was excited to try them since I had never eaten there before. What a waste of money. It felt like I was chewing g leather. It was so well done and even crispy in certain parts. $12 for a burger i could have had for $6 at McDonald's and McDonalds has better taste. Very dissapointed

Gave me a burned burger , really oily and greasy , as if they don’t clean the stove they cook on. I barely tasted the burger, just grease. Oh and don’t try the chicken wraps, it’s half the size of your fist.
