Amazing honey, some of our favorite! The store is not open right so you cannot bring your own container. But you can still buy it prepackaged from the kiosk. BRING CASH! The 5 pound glass jar of wild flower honey is $35 and the 2 pound jar is $15. They also had buckwheat honey when I went in the middle of May.

Don't buy your honey anywhere else! Bring your own jar and pay $5.25 per pound. I bought their honey at a local farm market and paid $43.99 for a 5 lb jar. I went to Honeybrook Farms and paid $26.25 for 5 lbs! Super nice people too!

Been pleased with the honey I've received from them. Nice people also. I happened to see them when I stopped by a farmer's market in the Pine Bush area.
And, by the way, if you happen to be able to get to them locally, bring your own jar. Gets you a few cents off, plus good for the environment.

Now if you want to find a place that has honey fresh this is the place to go. One time a year they do have fill your own bottle you do pay for the volume that you order. it's a small place but you get to learn that there's different types of Honey depending on where the bees with pollinating from. How about that did you know that there was different types of honey.

I finally found your site 😃 I couldn’t think of name but remembered the bear stories they shared.. I believe it was your parents who were friends with Grace Gaul who lived in Franklin, NY (She was my adopted grandmother). They would visit her and bring these amazing hard honey candies. There was a bee on the outside and liquid honey inside. Do you still make them? Mary Schaefer
