Yisroel makes the most delicious matzoh from their own wheat -- as he says, you cannot get more "intentional" matzoh than this. It is the freshest matzoh you can buy, and almost sweet tasting. He is also a super nice person, passionate about farming and taking care of the land. I look forward to eating Yiddish Farm matzoh every year!

No better way to spend a Sunday than driving just over an hour to the Yiddish Farm. Yisroel gives an amazing educational tour of the farm which is very affordable at $100 for the group. You don’t need any Jewish background to visit. He is super genuine, sweet, and an amazing custodian of the non-for-profit farm. Great for kids and adults alike!
