Get the pizza! It was so heavenly to bite into a “normal” pizza crust that was soft and airy. Cinnamon rolls were also delicious, but personally I didn’t enjoy the apple fritters.

RUN don’t walk to get a gluten free glazed donut from here! Everyone is super nice and helpful. The bread on the gluten free egg and cheese is super fluffy and delicious.
The apple cider munchkin/ fritter was also fantastic, everything is a 10/10.

Do yourself a favor- walk in and get either an apple cider round donut or the glazed one(my favorite). Step outside and bite into it while it’s still warm- take two steps, turn around and go back for more of everything- because it’s that damn good! I’m not gluten free- Dallas makes yeast risen donuts that could make you cry! Then there’s the rolls!! Perfect for sandwiches!! Lots of other goodies too like frozen gluten-free pie crusts. Absolutely awesome- super polite and enthusiastic owner and staff too!!! What a small business should be!!

We ordered a bunch of sweets, the chicken tenders, and the mozzarella sticks and everything was incredible!! Would highly recommend coming here if you are (or aren’t!) gluten free!! The glazed doughnut was to die for!! 10/10

AMAZING! No words would do justice to how incredible these cookies and doughnuts are. The owner is incredibly talented. 2 hour drive from where I live, and I would do it just for these cookies. Absolutely delicious!!

My wife recently had to go gluten free, and we have been trying to find a good place to easily get breakfast for a date. We happened to find Birch Baked with a Google search and checked it out. We were not disappointed! We each got a breakfast sandwich and a sweet treat (she got a cookie and I got a cider donut). The food was awesome!! If I didn't know everything was gluten free, I would have had no idea.

We are definitely coming back to try out other things like their pizza, hot and cold sandwiches, and the owner told us they are starting a dinner night Thursdays and Fridays with lots of great options.

Top notch place filling a big need in the area.

They are a GF only facility. So no issues with cross-contamination. We got Mozzarella sticks. Apple cider donuts, a breakfast sandwich, 2 other sandwiches [chicken parm and cordon bleu]. Chicken tenders, and for later cupcakes 🧁, frozen pizzas and a loaf of bread ( like a full size loaf).

Everything was delicious and amazing.
We will definitely be returning soon.
