Hands down friendliest, best Stewarts Ive been to in upstate! Forgive me Im terrible at names but the girl thats ALWAYS there with the glasses and long curly hair, she is queeeen. Love her! The manager is great. Honestly all the staff. Also huge shoutout to girliepop that made my coffee with ACTUAL caramel swirl! Anytime Ive asked Dunkin or Starbucks it was a fail!!

4/2/24 around 5:45 am. I went into this Stewart's to get my usual Maple French Toast Coffee (YUM) ☕ I typically get a buttered hard roll or a breakfast sandwich with my coffee (no matter which Stewart's I visit). Well, I was totally shocked 🤯😲 when there weren't any hard rolls nor any breakfast sandwiches. The store had been open for only 45 minutes, so I expected a wide variety of breakfast sandwiches and rolls. I asked the (lone) worker there, and she replied that she was by herself and hadn't gotten to them yet. Now, I know from experience that you just do not roll into a store like that at 5am (open time), and start making things while open for business. She had to have been there at least 30-60 minutes prior to opening for that that reason.

I am constantly disappointed in the lack of Stewart's Management and above not stressing to their employees to have things available and ready at the proper times (see my other disappointments at other Stewart's).

Needless to say, I left with the coffee and some crappy premade pastries from some other name brands. 🤷🏻‍♂️👎🏻👎🏻

I love the staff here, and especially how much they always go above and beyond! I consistently buy the super great Everything Bagels frozen for the week, and many times multiple times a week. I am so grateful they always grab the frozen variety of the bagels and also the amazing hard rolls when requested. I can not thank everyone enough for understanding and also accommodating this every time! I sincerely appreciate everyone here, and love to visit nearly daily! Great people and a great location. Thank you all!!!

I go here evertime I can. The employees are amazing. They sell amazing ice cream, milk. Pizza is good too.

I just have to say I'm tired of coming in the store and watching one worker with a long line and the tall girl with short hair and glasses does nothing to help. Today, the girl had a long line, she comes busting out the back and I'm thinking she is coming to help, but she runs to a customer who has a baby and picks the baby up and hugs the baby as if that was the most important thing to do and she never even helped the girl at the register. Terrible customer service.

I really like Stewart's A LOT! The store is always neat. GREAT COFFEE! The lines are usually quick! If I had 1 complaint, I just wish they'd mix my ice cream shakes longer that what they do.

So, Stewart's has entered the pre-made sandwich, subs and salad game. I know this, because the advertising is on there TV monitors, and it shows that they now have invested in a crovac (packing machine) for these pre-made items, and by the way, it's a huge investment. (They can afford it.) This segment of retail is from where there growth will come, and also new shops. I write this review because I purchased an 8oz, pre-made Mediterranean Bowtie pasta salad. Let me say, I ate it 10 minutes ago, and my mouth is still on fire. Stewarts salads, which I just researched are made by a company called Hans Kissle out of Massachusetts. Back to the hot, this hot is what is called in the business (heat) the reason why this has alot of heat, is because an ingredient in this salad has chili extract. From the amount I ate, the heat is almost gone after 15 minutes. In other words, I didn't taste the salad, I only tasted the heat which was not enjoyable. Who in there right mind, puts chili extract into a pasta salad? Maybe Mexico, buy not here. So far there new pre-made program, I am not impressed. By the looks of the other items, the company that manufacturers these salads, like tuna salad, (which are made from chunk light tuna, which the lowest quality of tuna out there. The salads that are made with mayonnaise, are made with inexpensive items. I see, that this company Hans
Kissle, sells there items on a price, not quality. My guess, Other Convenience stores like Cumberland Farms sells the same types of products. Don't get fooled by the Price chopper, Hanafords, those companies do not make there own salads, just like Stewart's doesn't make there's. They are bought from salad manufacturers company's who make salad. I think I am qualified to leave this review, because I spent 38 years of my life selling food to foodservice businesses. Restaurants and any other foodservice establishments. People read your food ingredients sticker, it's there for a reason. Bon appetite
