My business has been trying to be a customer for several months. I have an account set up and a customer number. However, communication with this company is extremely poor. I have no way of placing an order, knowing what my options are or knowing what the current pricing is. My sales rep has been missing for months. Customer service keeps telling me someone will contact me, but nothing ever happens.
It's such a shame. We try to support not only local businesses, but our neighbors who are part of the cooperative. Unfortunately they are schackled by incompetence.
