I live in an apartment complex that has a local restaurant in it. Well that business gets deliveries from Maplevale in the morning. You would think that these truck drivers know that other people have to go to work also. They ALWAYS block me in to my parking spot, that is designated for me keep in mind, and other people that live in the building. This isn’t at 5am or even 6am. My photo timestamps show 7:08am, or even 7:20am when me and other people are trying to leave for work. And when asked to move, we have had responses range from “hold on”, “oh you can make it if you do this … or that ….”. Sorry but no that’s not right. Maybe I’d be understanding if they were respectful or this happened once or twice. I have more photos too.

Delivery driver blocked in over 20 cars in the parking lot. When asked if he could move he said in a few more minutes. I explained that I had already been waiting as well as other drivers to leave the parking lot for at least 10 minutes and that blocking the exit is not just inconvenient but dangerous. He responded that I can wait 15 minutes now and walked away. When he finally got back to his truck he sat in it for another 5 minutes until he moved. I spoke with someone in the company and they said that the supervisor would be informed. I hope that something is done about this as the drivers actions were wrong and his attitude was even worse. I understand that he had a job to do but there are other places that the truck could have been parked in close proximity and not have blocked the back half of the whole parking lot off.

Wonderful people! The Dock is very considerate and treats our drivers very professionally. Occasionally an issue will arise (in transportation, no way!) but we always figure out a way that works for both parties. We really enjoy working with the office as well, they have become like an extended family to us. It is a pleasure to do business with Maplevale!

Our driver, Greg H., is by far the best delivery driver I deal with each week. He's consistent with his arrival time, which makes operating a small restaurant much easier. It allows me to plan my morning around my delivery. I couldn't be happier with the service Greg provides. Keep up the great work!
