Always courteous and pleasant staff. Matt keeps me up-to-date on status of repairs including when the back ordered parts are expected to be available. Matt even had a staff member come to my home to do a quick fix. Highly recommend.

I have rented some smaller equipment from ACP before and was always satisfied with their service and equipment. I just rented one of their excavators and I cant say enough about how helpful they were, they guided me through what they thought I would need and how to use it. They were also very accommodating to my hectic schedule since my primary residence is in Westchester County.

I’ve lived in the area for years now and purchased a leaf blower and snowblower from ACP. I’ve also rented items including a wood chipper, a lift (to paint hard to reach areas of my house,) and a log splitter from ACP. These guys are truly the best. Brian is fair and easy to work with. He even takes it on the chin when it’s the manufacturers fault. I am impressed by his business model. You don’t find this kind of sales and service very often.
