4/15/23, Sat. Norwich Meadows Organics is at the Union Square Greenmarket Fridays and Saturdays year round, and Wednesday in the winter and Mondays in the spring starting in April or May and summer and fall. This farm is usda certified organic and beyond the standards with little to no sprays and is one of the most consistent farms year-round, including for eggs. The farm has specialties such as french fingerling potatoes, and special varieties of herbs such as delfino cilantro, many varieties of peppers both sweet and hot, and onions and radishes, and leafy greens, among many other vegetables. This farm is popular with many home cooks, but also very popular with many of the top restaurants and restaurant groups, and the produce is of excellent quality with difficult to find varieties.
- 5/1/2023, Monday, ~ 3pm: organic root vegetables including celery root, black radishes (spicy), watermelon radish (look bright red watermelon inside), parsnips, and mulit-color carrots in white, red, orange and purple from Norwich Meadows (now at Union Square on Mon, Fri, Sat as of last week).

Bought a small watermelon for $13 and it has no flavor. Bought a bag of green beans and they’re moldy by the second day. Why are you charging so much for lackluster produce?

I've been shopping at this stand for a while! Basically, since my early years of college! Super organic produce and very high quality! Both of the farmers are not only dedicated farmers but also post doc scientists... how cool is that!

Used to love this place but I can no longer shop at their farm stand or follow them on social media after they liked an anti-Semitic pro terror post on Instagram. That aside, their produce is top notch.-
