Dear drivers of the trucks that pull up for the Won Ton Factory.

Before you smash your mallet or baseball bat on the side of your metallic truck, please remember you’re doing so opposite a busy residential building.

Your banging ricochets and echos through our building, making our apartments sound like a war zone for most of the day.

The banging has got considerably worse over the past few years, it’s really effecting the mental health of our residents.

Please consider banging your truck a little quieter. We beg you. Imagine this sound happening in your house from 7am - 9pm at night. It’s like a continual pneumatic drill all day every day; without any breaks. Our apartments physically shake and we find it hard to do even the most basic of tasks with this constant banging.

Whilst we understand you have a job to do, think about us. Please, please, please hit your truck with a little less anger. Surely the contents of your truck doesn’t need that huge force?

If the Won Ton Factory refuses to acknowledge the illegal levels of noise, we hope you can recognize how it’s effecting us. So severely.

We will also be approaching the city to monitor and try and curb this insane level of noise. It’s inhumane and unfair.

It’s like hell on earth for us.

While I understand that we are in an industrial zone and that some level of noise is to be expected, the constant pounding of a mallet on the truck side for an hours at a time is excessive and disruptive. The noise is so loud that it is difficult for me to have conversations in my own home, let alone enjoy some peace and quiet.

The truck sounds are not an issue, it’s to be expected but the constant mallet pounding from the factory is unacceptable. I urge you to find a way to reduce the noise levels at your facility, as it is having a negative impact on the quality of life for those of us living in the neighborhood.

As a community we are extremely upset with the Wonton Factory. To be clear, we understand that we share this neighborhood with many industrial companies. However, the constant banging on the truck at all hours of the day is causing a lot of distress in the neighborhood, and the amount of pollution produced by the factory is unacceptable. They need to stick to one nuisance. The company is not considering the well-being of the community in which it operates.

The behavior of one specific truck and its driver is completely unacceptable. The fact that there have been several verbal altercations with residents and that the driver is now purposely making even more noise to make a point is outrageous. It is important for businesses to be mindful of their impact on the surrounding community and to take steps to minimize any negative effects, such as extreme noise pollution and environmental harm. It is also important for individuals to behave respectfully towards their neighbors and to resolve conflicts in a peaceful and appropriate manner.

I strongly urge Foodliner 220007 and the other trucks to show more consideration for the community in which it operates.

I am not sure what exactly is wrong with the management and staff at this company but I just got a fortune cookie from them that said "The end is near"... The next one said "Woman think faster than they act"... Given that I have someone close in the hospital this type of "fortune" is beyond awful. If I could give them 0 stars I would and will contact the restaurant I purchased the food from to ask them to stop buying from this company.
