Not as helpful as I thought. One second you have someone who cares and the next time you come back you'll deal with someone who really doesn't care. I don't recommend this specific spot. One day good, the next day not. I've been waiting for a response for almost two weeks after i was asked for my documents after that no response. Very disappointing

Called to ask whether they offer assistance in filling out a disability application bcuz some places offer service to help with this. The operator said they don’t work with the SSI… and told me to google the information. I’m not asking whether they know about SSI information… simply if they offer services to fill out the application since it’s supposed to be a community based organization helping individuals fill out other government aid applications as well. This operator was so rude. And when my mother called asking for the same thing, the operator transferred her somewhere else. Clearly this operator doesn’t know what she’s doing. This incident happened January 16 at 3:50-4pm. This is supposed to be a community based service, with advocates for the community..why is it so hard to receive assistance or a simple piece of information? This place should be reported to the city!

Ms. Leury Nunez was very kind, and made me feel welcoming handing me out the food. I appreciate her generosity, and would refer anyone in need to her. Thanks for being kind.

An incident occurred on November 21st when a senior who has a mental disability was picked up by a driver from this company to drop her off at a senior center but the driver was never told the ladies name nor that she has an illness no contact info for a relative or caregiver only instructed the driver to 85 Palmetto Street on to wear when I arrived the center was closed and no one showed up until an hour and a half later during the course of the time that I was there the lady grew angry and cold cuz it was freezing November 21st 2022 at 8 a.m. in the morning on to which the young lady started to panic and have an episode and wanted to run into the street call the police at 2 which point the driver after waiting for over an hour decided to oblige that the lady's wishes do to she orchestrated a spectacle on to where they were people passing by and construction workers working and the driver felt that it look like he was keeping the lady against her will onto which point the upper management of riseborough got upset with the driver because he ended up calling the police upon the request of the lady with dementia now the driver is being punished scrutinized wow everyone at riseboro covers it up and pretend like it never happened there's a video on YouTube to prove how they treat the employees who dont go along with there lies just to cover up the corruption they ultimately terminated the worker tried to lie to unemployment to try to deny benefits and all can be seen on jon Garcia YouTube page riseboro corruption

Slumlords of John Rivera who's the property manager of 315 West 94th Street in Manhattan and Brandon Quinones of Concord management, have the nearly whole building without heating and the stoves they gave us don't work.

They had the building for 6 days without hot water in the month of November 2023. They blamed ConED for the shutdown.

John Rivera tolerates individuals that are trouble makers such as a guy named Jeff in room 308 who threaten tenants.

My intake attorney was amazing, however the attorney I had showed up late to court, didn’t have time to go over my paperwork and never put in for my apartment to be renovated. I was better off representing myself.
