Richard saved my son(dew)

I barged in all chaotic with a poorly potted and rapidly declining sundew. For 10 bucks, (and then 18 dollars for the handiest little individual grow lamp I’ve ever seen) Richard did a full consultation and repot. He gave me full instructions on how to revive this sundew and was so kind and thorough. Sundew and their babies are already on the mend.

Go see Richard and Sam. The space and the service are so so worth it. You literally can’t get anything for 10 bucks in this city anymore and Lil shop saved my child.

Walked around the area and came across this store I was curious and walked inside. The ambiance of the store is on another level, very calm and intriguing.
Customer service is 5/5! Very helpful and friendly.

I purchased my first plant ever here btw there’s affordable plants here! I decided to go for a safer route and purchase a mature plant which was $16.00. There are also pots, Incense stick, and more. Amazing place! Especially for those plant lovers. We had a really good time here looking closely at each beautiful plants and even stylish containers. Happily brought a rubber tree with me. The staff is nice and patient to introduce little tips of taking care of our plant. Don’t miss out the shop when you are around Industry City. Will definitely return on a regular basis.

Little shop of soil is my absolute favorite plant shop in all of New York City. The staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and willing to spend time with you to explain which plants would be best in your place, and how to care for them. You can tell they are so incredibly passionate about sharing plants with their customers. If you are looking to purchase plants, Little shop of soil is the only choice.

Amazing store and staff! The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful! I wasn’t sure what to get and the staff explained the plants in-store very well. I ended up buying something that I really love. Although I’m not from the area, I’d probably stop by again whenever i’m looking for a plant or a ceramic plant pot!

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. A year ago I had never owned a plant in my life, and I stumbled into Little Shop on Starr Street. The rest is history!

Now, I have 20+ plants and counting and am a thriving plant dad. While there are many stores with plants, I come back to Little Shop because the service and experience is unparalleled. In particular, Makayla has been a HUGE help. Makayla's passion and encyclopedic knowledge for plants is evident, and their genuine desire to make customers happy shines through in every interaction. Makayla is the most talented salesperson I have ever encountered, and I've already filled up two "Frequent Planter" cards as a result. Can't wait to fill up my third 🙂
