I had a very important package to be delivered too my granddaughter by a certain date. I went in on a Wednesday evening, after us having snow and asked what my chances were of the package being delivered on a fast delivery with the weather she said and showed me on the computer a large amount well for me 55 it would be guaranteed by Friday evening I said are you sure she lives in the prime of the Smokies and she replied yes that’s why your paying that amount. Three days later I track it being very upset it’s setting in St.Louis still. I understand bad weather but if that may be the case tell the customer that. Now I’m out of 55 and my granddaughter don’t have her gift cards and personal items for her trip

Sarah was an absolute GEM and assisted me through my entire purchase. She was friendly and greeted every customer that came in while being very busy. A man also came up and ensured that my posters were the quality I was after but I wasn’t able to catch his name. He was polite and I appreciated him checking in while the store was very busy.

Customer service assured me order would be canceled, as I canceled immediately after ordering and before order was completed. Days later I saw charge was posted and reached out again. Now the story is I can’t get a refund because order was already completed. Because they had an internal error before canceling? Must physically go to store, when I’m not even in town.

Although the store floor is quite clean, the men's restroom is not. I was shocked by the condition of the bathroom. It was dirty and in my opinion, looks not to have been cleaned in quite some time. Towel dispenser was broken. At least they threw a roll of paper towels on top, I'll give them that. Unsanitary.
