Great selection of wines and cheeses. Produce department usually well stocked. The deli staff tend to ignore you most days and never seem to have enough staff. Overall it's my preferred grocery store.

Always love our Fry's choices for fresh veggies, produce, and salads! It allows great options. The Deli department needs some help with the hit food options. They need some employees to help keep hot food options available, especially during the dinner hour. Otherwise it would be a 5-star rating.

This store is very disgusting. The layout is ridiculous. Who puts liquor next to the produce department. The meat department was disgusting. I should have read the reviews before I stepped foot in that store It reminded me of a dirty old Safeway store. Next time I'll just drive the extra miles to go to my Fry's marketplace Better organized. You can find things where there should be. The aisles are cleaner, the meat department's way better and well stocked and organized.

Purchased a watermelon from the Fry's off of Dove Valley, it wasn't even close to being ripe. I took a photo and recipe to the Fry's off Daisy Mountain, and they wouldn't exchange it because I didn't bring the watermelon. What an inconvenience and poor customer service.

Update. When I returned the associate apologized and completed the exchange for me. Typically this store has very good and friendly service.

I promised myself after 2 months ago i would never shop at this fry's again because of the rudeness of the meat department. I was looking for some ribeye steaks because the case was empty of everything not to mention it look like a disaster hit it! And apparently the butcher was not there in the middle of the day to help anyone and management didn't seem to care! Again, against our better judgement my wife went in at 8am today to get a 6lb prime rib, and yet again there was nobody available at the meat counter! SAFEWAY IT IS FROM NOW ON!

I have only placed curbside orders at this Frys location. I have never actually gone inside the store. I do not like that they are always out of one or more of my ordered items, which is always a huge bummer. I would like to give a shout out to the employees that bring out my curbside orders to my truck in the parking lot. They are always fast, friendly, and proficient.

They said they refunded my card but it shows up as charged and cleared on my credit card. The grumpy manager disagreed even after I showed her my cc bill and still won’t refund the 73.00 dollar purchase. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND STORE EVER!!

I always enjoy this particular store here in Anthem. I have been coming here since 2007 and the atmosphere is always full of smiling and happy frys associates. Produce too the pharmacy it's just worth the time. I spent most my time in the bakery and the meat department. I've just never had a bad experience just awesome associates and I do the digital download coupons I have saved a ton of money.
