They gave me a door right away.
The security at the entrance is as nasty as it gets. The people at the loading doors are friendly. But overall, this place looks like a landfill in Eastern Europe.

It’s strange that drivers, who have limited access to laundry and showers, look neater than the security guards here.

It’s easy to back into the dock, plenty of space for maneuvering. Be prepared that no one will explain where to go, so if you have doors 1-15, make a sharp left turn.

12hrs waiting to get loaded.......they send drivers to a waiting area with no bathrooms or anything. Maybe DOT should look into that instead of pretending they care about safety &pple trying to do honest work.

Make sure you confirm your appointment time, the one I got was too early and the one the driver behind me got was 5 hours too late so he got rejected. Prepare to wait 6 hours. Could more. Might be less. Two stars because everything else is acceptable.

Appt 9:30 came 45 early to wait in line. Guard shack was great, got right into a door. In and out under 2 hours. They are very busy, perhaps, that's why some reviews have such bad wait times. No issues, make sure you don't go the non truck route and don't come in the opposite side. Plenty of room to park along curb waiting to check in. Have scales too.

This place is slow as hell takes any other warehouse 30 to 40 minutes to put 28 pallets in your trailer I’ve been here 2 hours and 15 minutes
And they put six pallets in my trailer and I’m still waiting for more. This place is a joke. They are a fire the supervisors and get new ones. This is a 𝑠𝑢pp𝑙𝑦 way to run a business for people that are on a clock for driving.

Disrespectful for drivers place. Avoid to be here. Not surprised I get this hot load. Staying here for 3 hours, and they said wait another 4 to 5 hours to get door. I'll be late on receiver appointment. Too much stress. Five stars in negative.

Completely trashy spot for pickup! Checked in at 20:05 and got a door at 04:37. 8.5 hours to get a door. No idea how long the loading will take. It's really messed up. So, good luck.
