Diane, perennial cashier 5/19, 1240pm was excellent in showing me the best options for a grave site. Prices are decent for all home grown plants. Locally owned. Along busy Rt 31, but you can't miss it with the large statues welcoming you. Parking can be tight when busy, be patient and slow! as you enter. Carts are easily accessible, several buildings of top of the line plantings.
Con, to be fixed easily, bathroom door doesn't close & feel bad for the person I walked in on :/

I love coming to the Greenhouse of Crystal Lake for their beautiful plants, containers and hanging baskets. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, their prices are competitive, and offer excellent quality & varieties.

This was our first time shopping here, and it won't be our last. This place is so much bigger than I thought it was. I've driven past so many times and never stopped. Boy was that a mistake. The hanging baskets here are beautiful and they have a huge variety. Oh, and the cost is amazingly low. Like more than half the cost for a much better basket from the place we usually shop at. And the staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. You should definitely check them out.

The Greenhouse of Crystal Lake is by far my Favorite place to go for all my plants,Vegetables, Herbs,Ornamentals. They have such a wide variety and are very fairly priced,they also take pride in caring for all of their plants with tons of TLC. The people make you feel welcomed and comfortable the minute you walk through their doors. I will NEVER shop for any of my plants from anywhere else. This place is DEFINITELY THE BEST IN CRYSTAL LAKE AND THE SURROUNDING AREA. IF I COULD GIVE THEM 10 STARS ,I DEFINITELY WOULD.
If you haven't checked them out yet,I highly recommend you do,you will NOT be disappointed. Not to mention the The Ladies who work there are so sweet,helpful,personable & fun to just talk to and joke around with.

Customer service is great and knowledgeable , best selection and variety of flowers and plants. Some one of a kind varieties. Veggie plants look real good too . Size, care and quality of plants and their care are excellent! Atmosphere - singing to the plants w/ music playing but not to loud so you can communicate with each other there. You can tell in every way that they love what they do and the excellent care they give to their plants and customers

WONDERFUL SELECTION OF HANGING BASKETS IN GORGEOUS COLOR COMBINATIONS. I HAVE BEEN COMING HERE SINCE DAY 1.
OWNERS ARE SUPER FRIENDLY AS WELL. BEST PLANT PLACE IN THE AREA.
