Context- “I own a JD 165 Hydro from the later 1980’s “. The staff is super courteous and very knowledgeable especially the parts guys! They are just as good if not better than an encyclopedia and the engineers that built the JD. I was able to kinda of sorta explain the part that I was thinking of and the parts guy was able to tell me exactly where it was in the owners manual and tell me the name of the part. I believe his name is Kevin not only did he say he had the parts he told me to hold on while he grabbed the parts off the shelf and hold them for me. He went above and beyond to assist me and ensure I got the right parts.

Thanks again! I will definitely go back and purchase directly from AHW!

I can't say enough great things about Buck Bros. as compared to other
stores in taking care of the customer, selling the customer the right item,

I purchased a very low hour excavator from AHW and they were more than accommodating, as I am not from the area there were a few issues with financing and time frame for pickup. Logan helped me through the entire process and held the machine for me on my word that I would be there to pick it up as soon as I could. Ambrose was very professional and helpful during the pickup process. If I could give these guys more stars I would. They come highly recommended by me.

This company serviced our lawn mower. We paid them over the phone using our credit card. They charged our card over 4 different charges now for over $400.00 each time. When I call they tell me they don't see this happening on their end. They tell me the charges pending will drop off. This started on a Monday and it's Thursday and they are still charging our card every day. They offer me the authorization number when they charged our card the first time. This company seems like they are lacking customer service as well as understanding that they are committing fraud. I've reported them to my bank. We've had to cancel our credit card. What should have been a seamless transaction now has turned into a big inconvenience.

Ahw LLC the company I work for by just about how old is John Deere products from the prices are good the staff is friendly professional and healthful got nothing bad to say about you you got a farm or a big yard go see them for stuff you might need cutting grass trimming bushes cutting trees just about everything

Continued to be impressed with the Buck Brother’s team! Went in to talk about Gators and possibly upgrading my tractor. Once again I had a fantastic experience with the sales team. James K took lots of time to talk with me about all the options that I had and took extra time to show me different machines that were available. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and never hesitated to answer any of my questions. I hope we can once again make a deal on some equipment! Last fall I bought a smaller snow blower for home use. The help I got in making my decision was right in the mark. They are a dealer of John Deere tractors and equipment but they also have mowers, trimmers and such a homeowner can use. The prices were very reasonable for reliable brands of equipment. It is definitely worth the time to check with them.
