They take by appointment only. Came in 2 hours before the appointment (came in 2pm for 4pm appointment) and they send me away and to come back at my appointment time. (Delivering a full load.)
They are over rated, I feel like the 5 star reviews are all their ppl. Plenty of doors open. Only 3 doors out of 7 are taken, 4 doors are open.

I had an 0800 appt. Checked in at 0700 when they opened. Was given dock 4, normal break your seal and throw it in the back, tandems to the rear. Bumped the dock, got red light 5 minutes later. Took about 20 minutes to unload. Green light, I went in and grabbed my paperwork. Easy as it gets. People were friendly. I stayed overnight in an empty trailer slot, probably no issue would arrise if you're coming in late or over the weekend and have an early appointment. There is a small truckstop at Bowes and IL31.

GPS will take you to the head office, you'll need to pass that to their little driveway which is marked by a small red sign.

They did allow overnight parking and was able to get my truck docked 4 hrs before my appointment.

I deliver here a lot and the dock always get me unloaded in a hurry, and they are very nice to drivers. This means a lot to us LTL drivers.

Appointment @ 7:00pm,got here @6:25pm and got the dock right away. Believe the reviews,2nd shift is definitely kicking it out of the park. Port-a-potty on site,haven’t seen one this clean yet. I would definitely return to deliver here,in the afternoon that is,since I don’t know how’s the 1st shift doing it. Alex is the guy to talk to😎

My delivery appt was scheduled at 10 am I checked in at 9:30am I was empty by 6pm, Yes I was here 8 hours with 20 pallets. Avoid this pleace.
