Bought a fuel injection pump ambac model 100. Had it installed and it worked moved Machine out front of property to sell for 80 year old man on fixed income trying to help him out. We ran for maybe 40 min tops. Went over 2 weeks later to start for potential buyer and was hard to get started but after 2 sets of Batts we got it started but didn't sell it. A week later go back to start for another potential buyer and won't start at all. Mechanic says pump is bad possibly bad seal or something. Call mpw for warranty info and they say warranty started day of purchase and that its out of warranty invoices date is exactly 30 days but they have nothing to say other than No Warranty left. I tried to help a neighbor/ veteran/ friend out who is on fixed income as a good Samaritan and this big company didn't have the time to do or say anything but NO Warranty if you had called a week earlier we could have done something. Right I am sure a week earlier they would have had another reason for No Warranty. Lesson learned never expect a multi million dollar company to do they right thing.

Aftef claiming they have in stock Caterpillar part at price of 196 USD.. I have asked for official offer including air freight... received answer from someone named Bob every third day.. that after two weeks he asked me what part I actually need?.. so Finally somehow I got offer, and we have made payment.. again no replay on e mail... and than dead cold I have been told...this part is sold... we can get you another one in 30 days for 700 + USD.... or we will return you money Hello..My customer is now in big problem..so this is highly unprofessional service. Me for sure will not recomend.

Purchased transmission from them for a Jlg skytrak it was faulty from the word go they replaced it but didn’t cover any labor we had to pay almost 2000 dollars to have it installed again after already paying 12000 dollars talked to the owner named William and he told me I should have replaced it myself to save money terrible place to buy anything from will never be a customer of there’s again
