Recently shopped at the Kohl's store in Peru, IL on Sunday, March 1 at about 6 p.m. The cashier went above and beyond. She was friendly and attentive to not just me, but every customer in line, which is a rarity today. When you get great service like this is should be publicly acknowledged. I asked her name and believe it was Abby or Addy.

Our most recent visits to the Sandusky, OH Kohl's store were great. We found everything we needed and the new checkout system is much more efficient thn the former system. Also, our associate this last visit, Deb, was festively dressed, very patient, and very kind and friendly! I love being greeted bu associates that smile and are so accommodating! Thanks, Deb!

I used to love shopping at Kohl's. They always had the best sales and quality items. In my opinion, just like most all the other stores, they inflated their prices, but the quality of the product has gone down, which sucks. Sometimes, you will find that 1 item that makes going there worth it!

I swear this place gets worse every time I go in it. It's usually a disaster...lots of stuff on the floor that you have to dodge and lots of things out of place. The women's clothing is a jumbled mess. This time only one of the fitting rooms was open for both men and women to use. The wait for an open room was quite long, as was the line for checkout. A shopping experience shouldn't be so stressful.

I went to sephora about a month ago i had been helped by the friendly workers and i was walking up to the checkout. but i saw a kohls worker walk up to the sephora cash registers and yelled at them to “get out from behind the counter” and than slammed something on the cash registers. she walked away after. she had some type of flared pants with a knit sweater on. she also had blonde hair and was more on the skinny side. since she was walking so fast and aggressively i could not see what her name tag said. i was appalled by what i saw as that is very unprofessional. the sephora workers looked terrified. i checked and left the store immediately. i was pretty disappointed because i love going to sephora but i don’t want to return knowing that is how kohls treats their workers.

Unbelievable sales. 250$ ring for my soon to be wife was 100$ my ring was 45 originally 16$ on sale. Able to buy our wedding rings for less than 130$ beautiful store. Wonderful people
