Fantastic cocktails, weird atmosphere. Great place to have a few drinks, the vibe just had me wanting more? music, or dimmer lights.. warmer decor? The cocktails were outstanding, and we had 3-4 each. Highly recommend the banyan tree!

Quaint bar to get unique cocktails, beers, mocktails & Malort! The mocktails were just as elaborate as the cocktails, which I love that concept! Loved the experience, atmosphere and the monthly Malort selection & punch card. Stop in next time you’re in downtown Peoria!

Nightjar in Peoria, IL, is an absolute gem! The drink menu is incredible, with creative cocktails that are as beautiful as they are delicious. Each drink feels crafted with care and expertise, making every sip a new experience. The food here is just as amazing – the pizzas, in particular, are a must-try, with perfectly balanced flavors and a fantastic crust. From the atmosphere to the friendly staff, everything about Nightjar makes it the ideal spot for a night out. Highly recommend checking it out!

Fancy cocktails, craft beer, elevated bar food... retaining Bearded Owl's rustic character but with a flair of 1920's elegance, NightJar is a special place.

Parking is a challenge: server said cars will be towed from WTVP even after hours. Bartender/server was not a pleasant person. Female server was very pleasant and professional. Craft cocktails were very good and unique. Tables are weird: either two top or twenty top!
