Good enough. I drive a sprinter van and was delivering 2 pallets from Pennsylvania. My order showed I had a 7:45 appointment for delivery, however, receiving didn't know about the appointment (possibly because It's a van order). I was early (7:15) and I was directed to the ramp and no sooner than I backed up to the door, the gentleman working the forklift was opening the overhead. The nice gentleman operating the forklift unloaded the 2 pallets right away and that was it. Another kind gentleman signed my paperwork and that was it. I was on my way before 7:30. Thank you for unloading me so promptly and efficiently. Have a nice day !

Although our project is on hold for the moment, I have to say I have been really impressed by the quality of the services provided. Even when I thought we were settled with a proposal that fitted our needs, Lisa was still looking for solutions and options with a better pricing! Follow up is great, you have questions...you get answers! Sadly I can't at the moment judge the final product, but I will happy to do so when time comes (if it comes...crazy world!). at least I can say if the product is as good as the customer services, that would make of Peoria a A+++ company!

We have used Peoria Production Shop to help us with our bagging capacity and they have been GREAT. Even though we mainly work via email the team over there have always been quick to respond and very friendly. I would highly recommend to any one needing help with bagging material

Noce people working here usually takes 20 min to unload but when u get here around 12pm you will be stuck for at least 2 hr because of lunch and other trucks
