Worse place ever to pick up a load.
If you are owner operator never think of coming here. It took me almost 2 days to get my load ready, plus it’s « PORK MEAT ». And the security guard provide no information.

This is worse place to pickup they did not provide you any information regarding load you will wait almost 10-15 hours to load. Untrained loaders will load you over weight and then again you park and wait for reset weight. It’s worse place never book load for this facility. Never means never……. Choice is yours……totally bullshit facility.

A lot of other posts giving detailed procedures but just wanted to say while it is a bit of work and messy in the drop yard etc..what makes it good is the people. Always very nice check in and yard jockey guys always very helpful. And with a smile. How people interact can make a place go from zero to hero and kudos t o all the nice workers at this facility.

Instructions:
1. Park truck and walk to guard shack. (ORANGE)
2. Walk and check in at guard shack. (BLUE)
3. Drive truck inside facility and U-turn (RED)
4. Drop empty inside the drop lot. (GREEN)
5. Bobtail back and pick up trailer.
6. Park on the scales to check your weights and walk into guard shack to get bills.

I also would not recommend washing your truck until AFTER you have been here. Place is a muddy disaster, especially if it rained before you come. Be prepared to track mud every where.

We were a little apprehensive going in due to all the poor reviews, but man, we can’t say the same! We had a great experience all due to Brandon in the check in gate. He was extremely informative and told us exactly where our trailer would be (D&H). We scaled out and were not overweight. THANKS BRANDON for all of your help! I hope management sees this! Well done!

Shelby and Keith in security were pleasant, efficient and get this---- they SMILED! Wow. James the yard jockey was so nice! He pulled out a trailer for me that was wedged in tightly. Totally awesome experience! And the load was done early

Kinda sucks because they won't have your load ready til the last second even though they've had over 24 hrs. to get it ready. They aren't very forthcoming with info either, they seem to just expect you to automatically know. Only good thing about this shipper is.....they have overnight parking. Just spend an hour looking for my loading trailer. Wasn't where the kid at the guard shack said it would be. No apologies from him when I told him, just a "oh"! Like I don't have some place I need to be! I'm going to quit even taking loads from here.😡 Gets worse each time I come here!

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided. The facility imposes penalties on truck drivers for delayed arrivals without considering the extended waiting periods. This lack of accountability raises concerns about their operations. Rather than a reliable food warehouse, I view this establishment as inefficient and unprofessional."
