I was a first time visitor yesterday. We bought some brats and T Bone Steaks. They cut the steaks right then and there. We asked for 1” thick, and I gotta tell you all. They were the best steaks I have ever had. I’m looking forward to grilling up the brats. The folks working there were extremely nice and full of information about their products. I will make that drive again for the quality of the meat, and the quality of the people there. Good stuff all around!

I have never got a bad piece or bad cut of meat from Das Schlacht over the many years that I've been ordering/buying from them.. I usually order ahead of time and Freda give me a call when my order is ready.. I have to drive approximately 50 miles, but it is more than worth the drive..
