My friend and I decided to meet here for Thursday night B.I.N.G.O. The winery is set in the back of a warehouse area so it was a bit tricky to find. The lobby/restaurant area inside is inviting and large enough to hold many people. The staff were all friendly and informational on the menu. My friend tried the wine slushie and she wasn't so happy with it. It was in a very small plastic cup and mostly all ice. We also ordered the small cheese charcuterie board. It was nice but the cost of $15 dollars seemed very expensive for what we actually received. I didn't have wine because I was driving so I had a can of Sprite which was only $1. The B.I.N.G.O was fun and there were small prizes such as a bag of chocolates and flavored popcorn. The atmosphere was fun and the man calling the words for the game was friendly and entertaining. We would suggest giving the winery a try for either an everyday tasting or during one of its fun events. They do have a nice selection of wines and a small menu for food. It would be a nice place for a get together.

me and my partner traveled from chicago and at first we were not approached and served warmly but once howie started to help us our visit became very pleasant and fun! the wine tasting was great and he was very knowledgeable on what we tried and kind to us as well. the wine was amazing we tried red and sweet whites. it was a bit of a drive but if we do ever go back it’s definitely bc of howie 🫶🏾

My husband and I went there and the wine selection is really good also the food. Servers are really nice and very attentive. My only observation is that the place still feels like a Bank, the very bright lights fixtures makes you feel in a store display and they are still the same the bank had, tables and chairs feel like rentals. It doesn’t give you the cozy vibe or the cozy fixture that makes you want to stay.

Our experience there was fun. Liked the diverse crowd and the live entertainment too. Unique setting for a winery with plenty of room to enjoy. Staff did exceptionally well on attentiveness and service. We will definitely be coming back! Nice job Sable Creek!

Fantastic gem - we each tried 6 wines from their menu all made in house. Interesting grapes from California, Illinois, Michigan and Missouri. While they poured, the owner and Howie curated each of the wines which were all tasty. I wasn’t expecting much and was completely blown away by the quality and taste of each wine. Great place with so many interesting events and tastings coming up plus live music. Highly recommend this great find.

Went here with some friends for a wine bingo and it was a blast. Very helpful charismatic staff and great food and wine! Definitely go in and say hi when you are in the area. I mean wine slushees!
