Jobs ok but management needs a overhaul. The plant management is a joke along with the the production manager both don't do anything for the employees. No communication whatsoever. Definitely look at overhauling all of management at the paris facility. High turn over rate due to poor management. Wouldn't recommend working here.

Very goofy operation for truck drivers picking up a load. U sign in and go back to truck and wait. Nobody knows you signed in. U have to pray that some one walks by clipboard and tells you where to go. Waited 40 min then friendly guy told me where to go. Fast to load.

For shipping trucks I rate a 4 star only because of the dirt lot . you can lose a truck in it! But easy in easy out. Scaled in with their scale, and scaled out at same spot. About 1.5 hrs load time

The woman that is on the forklift is kinda idk ,she made me wait for 2 hrs
