I truly don't know how anyone can go to a job and be so rude and unprofessional first thing in the morning. I arrived at 0530, waited until 0600 for the door to unlock. Almost instantly myself and one other driver on the receiving side are met with nothing but attitude! One of the most rude and unprofessional individuals I've met in my 25 years as a driver. Forget the challenging blind side dock and trailers in the way. That stuff is normal. The dock workers were friendly once I got my door and backed in to get my seal cut. But that other person checking people in should be assigned a broom or moved out of that position! After reading the other reviews, it's clearly obvious this isn't the first driver treated the way I was either! People should wake up and be happy to be alive! If you're miserable going to work, do the world a favor and just stay home!

The reviews here are for different parts of Griffith foods. Shipping docks ? Plenty room to back in.. receiving? Hahaha crappy 4 docks that you'll have to blindside into and you can only do it if no other trucks are in their docks ..

Idiots put dropped trailers in front of the docks that cause this issue and could care less about it

Receiving hours are 6am to 1pm HOWEVER, they do have a 2nd shift that starts at 3pm that may unload you . Recorded a couple short videos so you can see how tight it is even with a day cab.
Also took a picture of their shipping docks for reference

Delivery appointment was 11:00. Showed up 11:35. Got a door right away. Was out by 12:50. Plenty of room to back in… I don’t know why everyone is complaining

Sitting in the shipping door for 5 hours and they still haven’t even BEGUN to load this is disrespectful why give an appointment time when you can’t honor it…. However let a driver be late to delivery they’ll have a fit!!! It’s a revolving door. Because this is ridiculous and it becomes disrespectful after a certain point like how you expect your delivery to be on time when we sit in your door for all these hours!

Delivery check in was a nightmare! Very rude and unprofessional personnel on the front desk (8 am ). Supper tight to back in with 53 ' bunch a trailers parked on the spot.

Arrived at 6:20am and I’ve been told that my appointment is for 9am ( I have called them the day before and they told me that they are from 6-1300 FCFS) I was parked on the side and waiting for their call, shortly I received the call, got a door and they start unloading right away. Probably is because they really needed the stuff or they have done some improvements, either way I’m happy and a big Thanks from me.
