We get microgreens delivered to our doorstep from Spira Farms every other week. I add beet, sunflower and broccoli microgreens to our morning fruit smoothies. My [very picky] kids absolutely love them, and even argue over who will add them to the blender.

I have also topped our meals with a few microgreens. Beautiful, delicious and so healthy.

The cilantro microgreens are great to add to my homemade salsa, too!

Spira Farms is the only place I’ll buy our microgreens. Family-owned, great communication about my order and delivery, and I KNOW where my greens are growing and being harvested. Highly recommend.

Not only good for human but my super picky parrot who never like to eat anything veggies or green somehow love these sprouts. I tried other brands from the grocery store but he would just turned his head or kick his plate away like a spoiled brat. I stumbled this on the fresh market and was thinking to give it a try but with little to no hope that this might be another waste of money and time. And to my surprise piggy loves it. For a bird who live on seeds diet throughout his life it is amazing to finally witness him eating something healthy. For the record I chopped most of the sprouts and mixed it with other veggies and grains and the rest I would just use it as a garnish to his daily food like what they do at some fancy restaurants. Bird happily eats them all. Now I am excited to plan his weekly healthy meal. I was a little worried that they are only available during the summer but glad to know they are open all year round! Incredibly fresh sprouts that are oh so fresh and full of flavor. They dress up any cooking creation and are so delicious. Added bonus that the container you buy them in is biodegradable. The owners are so nice, knowledgeable and helpful. We try to use the sprouts as quickly as possible though they last 2 weeks in the fridge. We love ❤️ love ❤️ love ❤️ the freshness, quality and choices.

I love how fresh the sprouts taste. I put them on everything, from salads to tuna; and if I have some ready to hit expiration I throw the rest in a pot of chili or stuffed peppers so no waste! Best of all, the sprouts are local! It's nice to help local farmers in my area grow their business.

I just LOVE Spira Farms!!! I've been ordering all kinds of sprouts, and I'm addicted to the Lions Mane mushrooms, which are delicious and surprisingly easy to prepare.
