So glad I read the reviews before I got here, got here at 5AM because I seen the horrible reviews about the docks and boy they weren’t lying, it took me 35 mins to get into the dock and I still couldn’t get my truck straightened, I lost air pressure so much times, it’s a stressful dock even a seasoned driver will be tested, the only good thing was the cars were patient. My suggestion is get there as soon as they open so you can struggle to park in peace lol

8am appointment. Shipping open @5:30am. I checked inn and straight to dock #13
Break seal,open doors !
It could be very tight spot in rush hour
But since I was early it wasn’t that bad.

Quick, friendly, and efficient for unloading 20 pallets. Under an hour to unload. Slide tandems and make sure broken seal is in back of trailer. Will bring BOL’s out to truck once they’re finished.

Quick unloading. Docking can be tricky for 53' OTR trucks, if there's a trailer or truck next to your assigned dock.

Park in front of the building, walk into shipping/receiving office with the paperwork (it's next to dock 8), break the seal, open the doors, place the seal on the back, slide tandems, dock, then wait in your truck for the paperwork. Someone will bring it to you.

There are very tight docks, not much space in front of them. But pretty quick unloading. Check in 6:15, check out 8:20 (appt time 7am)

I must a came on the wrong day your time will be abused I check in at 7:30 for a 8am appointment didn’t get a door til noon other drivers review say they where unloaded within a hour in a half BS it took them 3 hrs to unload 20 pallets

It's a suburb of Chicago, so it's a very tight backing situation off of the street and not much room for mistakes or correction, they are not exponentially friendly but are relatively quick in unloading less than an hour in dock this morning at 0700
