Joel had exactly the part I needed for a Revent oven rack. Communication was effortless, professional, and pleasant. The price was extremely reasonable and the part shipped immediately. I had an extremely frustrating experience with this company's oven rack purchase process. Initially, they took my credit card information to process payment as per their policy, claiming they don't ship racks without taking payment. A week after placing my order, they called again saying they didn't have my payment information and wouldn't ship the rack unless I provided it. Reluctantly, I gave them the details again.

A few weeks later, we received the rack and thought everything was settled. However, we started getting calls from someone with a British accent, asking for payment for the third time. Confused, we requested an invoice to clarify the situation, as we believed we had already paid. Despite their claims of sending invoices, we never received any emails from them.

Their accounts receivable department is incredibly unprofessional and went so far as to accuse us of trying to avoid payment, despite having given them our credit card information multiple times. One representative even had a nervous breakdown while speaking to my sales associate, which was totally unprofessional and disrespectful.

We were planning to buy more racks from them, but after this ordeal, we will never purchase from them again. Their lack of organization and professionalism is unacceptable. Avoid this company if you value your time and sanity.

Just received my double oven rack and absolutely love it! Excellent quality and great customer service. They stand by their products and made sure that I was satisfied with my order, good follow up and communication.
My rack will be used for drying large canvases and sculptures of my students artwork. I like the versatility of having a rolling rack as well as being able to take trays off to have space for larger pieces.

This firm is top notch! We needed an extreme custom rack, high weight rating, with special rubber casters that locked securely.
