I've never visited Sheridan Il, but I've brought their honey home! This stuff is amazing. You've never tasted honey until you've had raw, unfiltered, natural honey, straight from the hive. The texture is firmer, smoother, and the taste is much stronger than processed honey. All of the beenefits (heh, heh) of the hive and none of the contaminants.
These folks are certified six ways to Sunday. From the hives to the delivery to the end user. You are assured there are no pesticides or herbicide residue in their products, only great tasting Honey!
I'm on my second 3 lb jar now and will buy again when it's gone.
Great in teas, baking, add to tomato sauce to cut the acid, anywhere you would use sugar. Just don't add as much as you would sugar and reduce the liquid a little bit. Try it on bread or toast.
It won't spoil. Just like pure chocolate. It has natural preservatives that prevent spoilage.
