We had the most wonderful experience at the watercolor art class held at Lynfred Winery in Wheeling. Becca, our instructor, was simply amazing and incredibly professional. Her welcoming personality set the tone for a fantastic class.

We came for this class with a group of girls, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

The winery itself is cozy and provides a warm, inviting atmosphere that was perfect for such event.

What made this experience even more special was the inclusion of a glass of wine and a delightful selection of cheese and meats. It added a a nice touch.

Overall, I highly recommend this art class at Lynfred Winery for anyone looking to explore their artistic side while enjoying a relaxing and enjoyable setting. It's an excellent combination of creativity, fine wine, and a cozy atmosphere, with a friendly and accommodating staff that made the experience even more enjoyable.

Not a “bar” but rather a “tasting room”… only saying that ‘cause it is their policy from the “liquor license” that each patron can only consume 16ounces per visit. The team was fun and friendly. I would not recommend the popcorn - $10! A monthly rotating menu is fun.

Great place. We went to a fancy tasting and had so much fun. We joined the club and get two wines a month now. We also visit regularly to get tastings of new wines that come as a part of being a member of a club! Also highly recommend trying the housemade fudge with some red wine.

If you don’t look rich, you don’t even get acknowledged when you walk in or stand waiting for twenty minutes. We gave up and left, we’re happy to pay another place that is willing to pay attention to people who dress for the cold instead of for fashion.

Great local wine and you feel like you're at a friend's house. We come here for date night or whenever we just want to get away and slow down for a bit. It's usually quiet enough for conversation and there is plenty of seating that you don't feel on top of other people.

Have enjoyed the Roselle location since the 80's and it was great to discover this spot in Wheeling. Very friendly staff. As always, the wines are wonderful and the flights offer a great opportunity to sample a variety. Not at all ostentatious making for a fun, casual, enjoyable experience. Highly recommend especially for a late afternoon when they are not busy.

Excellent place. Keeps social distancing rules and enforces mask policies. Excellent tasting wine. Great shady seating. Great staff that are friendly kind and courteous.

Everything comes vacuum sealed. This winery shops locally from in-state makers of fine snacks to enjoy with the wine.

Try the selection of fruit tasting wine samples.

My favorite was the spiced apple. It smells like fall and tastes like apple cinnamon pie.
