The location is fine! the only reason why i’m leaving a 1 star review is because of one specific employee/cashier that’s always there and ALWAYS IS IN A TERRIBLE MOOD. Constantly giving elderly people attitude and rushing everyone. Does NOT have good customer service and is extremely rude. She is a maybe 30yr old white woman with colorful hair and a medium sized woman also a red face which is probably because she’s always angry for whatever reason. I’m sure this is not the first time people have had an issue with her. She’s always giving dirty looks and is not a good employee for this type of job. Everyone else there is perfectly fine. Please think about this woman and how badly she affects your store. And if she is a manager i wonder how she treats her employees/workers.

Please stop accepting calendars and fast fashion clothing (SHEIN, boohoo, Fashion Nova)

All the calendars make the craft section a total MESS. I remember there was a time when the shelves weren't overflowing with tons of calendars. There needs to be a designated place for them. I even saw calendars in the records section.

Fast fashion has no place in thrift stores. Anyone who appreciates quality will not purchase those clothing items. It will only make Goodwill raise costs to make up lost revenue.

It's not as dirty and ghetto as it used to be it's cleaned up a lot, but the kids they've got working there need to learn some manners. As other reviewers have stated they've got some really rude attitudes going on there, and if you're supposed to be training them how to be workers that's a great place to start

Bring back the old color tag point system!!

What’s with the prices? Everything is doubled now. Went in the other day and a plain Tshirt was almost $10 and it was a shirt from Ross with tags.

I havent been there for a while. Going there tomorrow... i lost my job and I'm back to "square 1". I'm not sure what people expect. It's a trift store. It's not gonna smell like Macy's or have al your favorites. And yes, all places have gone up $. But, I like the work they do helping other. And if people don't like it... there is always Ross or Walmart, which are just as bad or worse than a thrift store... crap al over the place, rude cashiers, or none at all. And most of their items are not even brand name... you get what you pay for... I volunteer, and when I do! I work like it's my job... hard and ethecly. People just always want more.... never happy even when you are trying to help. I like the place. Keep it up Good Will! I'm coming... lol

Don't know whose donating these items but they are BEAT UP! clothes with holes and rips should be tossed. Items looked very old. Not any hidden fashion named brands good will sends those to another location. Plenty free parking. Would not make a special trip here.
