We’ve tried their lamb and their chicken, both of which were excellent quality. Beyond that, they gave us a tour of their farm and explained their vision for their service to the community. They are a small, hard-working family and we were impressed by their respect for the land and the animals. We will definitely be life-long customers.

Hi all! We have been buying our chickens in bulk from Meg & Jacob Burton (Poiema Farm) since 2022. The chickens are raised out on their timothy hayfields and allowed to free-graze. They are the tastiest birds ever and I have gotten to see their cleanliness standards and butchering process and the chickens are always very clean and neatly packaged. If you want to know where your food comes from, eat the best chicken you've ever had, and support a local farming family-definitely go with Poiema Farm!

We've been buying meat from Poima farms for a few years now, and are very impressed with the high quality of the Lamb, Chicken, Ducks and Turkey. They also got us half a pig. All the meat is so clean, and no gmo feed, antibiotics, hormones or junk you get in mystery meats from the store. We pre-order and pick it up when they contact us. Couldn't be easier. Price is reasonable especially when you add up the health part of the equation. Best of all, the money supports local farmers, butchers and families. We feel like a part of the circle of life with Poiema.
