Very nice security guard and receiver. Very fast unloading. Plenty of room to back up. Organized and very clean. Don’t show up too early for appointment. No overnight parking. You can tell this facility has excellent management. I would definitely deliver here again. For parking there is a pilot truck stop in Bridgeview approximately 5 miles from here but you must reserve a parking spot there to guarantee a parking spot. It stays packed daily but is very clean and extremely nice people with armed security guard

Delivery appointment was rescheduled for 17:00 PM, checked in at 16:55 and was put on staging for 5 hours and got dock after 5 hours then it took them almost 4 and half hours to unload had to wait another 1 hour to complete my sleep so that i could drive, as there is no overnight parking.

Been to other MB'S and they're amazing in-out in 2hrs max this one here I've no words horrible experience first and last. I know I was 12 min late due to accident on I-294fwy with the traffic how it is here in Chicago there's no parking around this facility you'll get ticketed if park in street it really sucks here never coming back

No parking nearby or on premises. Security guard is indeed difficult to understand. After check-in go to receiving door, clearly marked. Bathroom inside. Trailer doors open inside. Enter off Vernon from 47th. Quick unload. Gate to gate in an hour

I've been here multiple times, and I can honestly say that I absolutely dread it. The security guard is so hard to understand that I feel he needs subtitles. There's a lady in receiving who told me I had to take a loaded trailer out because the other drivers do. Since when do customers run drivers?
Their hours are absolutely off the wall. Why are they only open from 5 pm to midnight? Given the parking situation in the area, they might as well provide parking. If a load is a drop, why can't it be done at any time? They aren't checking anything anyway.
This is a place to avoid at all cost

This is why I can't handle my fellow drivers sometimes, they aren't always the brightest bulb in the room. This is a great receiver. Martin Browers around the country are great receivers. As long as you're on time. They are strict about their appointments, they are strict about you not being here more than an hour early. But that's why they're so fast and efficient to unload those drivers that are on time. Notice all the bad reviews are drivers that showed up too early, or too late. Yeah it sucks sometimes when a shipper holds you up and makes you late for your appointment. No, that's not your fault.. but it's not the consignees fault either. They can't just move around their operations to be convenient for you. I would suggest calling ahead if you can see the shipper is holding you up and either reschedule your appointment to deliver, or maybe you calling to give them a heads up will help them work you in better. We should all be thankful they don't run their receiving like so many that actually suck. ( Kroger, Tyson, National Beef, Schnucks ect.. ) Btw, 1 HR from appt time to get unloaded. 👍😎

Not too bad of a place. Plenty of room to move and back into doors. DO NOT COME HERE BETWEEN 2 PM AND 5 PM. Receiving is closed during that time, and you WILL be turned away at the guard shack. Biggest problem with that is that there is nowhere near to park. No overnight parking. I don't believe that there is much for street parking. They open at 6 am. Bathrooms available.

Overnight parking available at side streets. Stop at guard shack for check in. Park in front of receiving to get the assignment door. Backing up and wait for a second green light. Friendly crew and enough room for maneuvers. Fast unloading.
