Listen to the other reviews complaining about this warehouse completely ignoring the appointment times. Been coming here fairly frequently for few years and the pickups were nothing but a headache. Lately it got much worse. 6h waiting, rude staff, no eye contact , no Hi, no what do you need. They treat you like in prison. Weird way to do the business.

Don’t come here for pick up the load . they don’t care about your appointment time.the maximum waiting five hour I came here every week. The minimum I wait is four hours after my appointment time. Worst place to pick up the load👎🏻

Not bad. 2 hours Unloading. Gates open at 7am. 5 parking spots. Starts working 8.15 am. Restrooms near to the exit gate

It's a little tight to get in, but I have no complaints. Got in a door as soon as we got there and maybe an hour to get loaded if not less. Good job to everyone

Delivery took 3 hours..

No parking, not even on street. Wait untill 7 AM. They will open up the facility gates.
Park truck and go from door near to van with all paperwork.
Washroom available..

I booked a load through them and now they don’t answer and they don’t want to pay. I got through to their accounting and she said that they are not looking for trucks and that she couldn’t help me but she would transfer me to her manager she transferred me they picked up and hung up didn’t say a word, after that, tried calling back and nobody would answer even through the accounting because they have I guess memorize my number super bad company to work for because they were getting double brokered by a trucking company that they got the load from and now I am guessing they got paid and they don’t pay nobody tried calling a ATA Group LLC and they also don’t answer. They also work with unlimited logistics and re-masters brokerage hopefully yall read this review before booking a load with them because they are not going to pay you.

Very bad place to deliver a load, this people have no respect for truckers or the truckers time, appointment is nothing for this place, my delivery app was for 9:30am, all day here, always workin, also no toilet for truck drivers.
Truckers stay away from this place.
