Oh no! Nadia, the founder, has sold the company! Hamptons Brine used to be the BEST--its kraut and kvass were of incredible quality, and for years they gave me a simple, easy, and natural way to maintain a healthy gut and feel great. The new product just isn't the same. I could tell immediately when I opened my shipment. The containers are different, the taste and smell are different. 🙁

I agree with one review here. The last two orders i received did not compare to previous orders. It doesnt look or taste the same. Plus i got shorted by one jar. I ordered and payed for 3 but received only 2. Why would i order from HB again? Lets see if you correct your error. Otherwise im done with HB..

There are a lot of fermented foods out there but I am so glad I found Hamptons Brine. I am vegan and I love their raw probiotic brines. It is good for your immune system, and I have a lot of energy throughout the day. I usually consume the brine in the morning after working out.

I have studied fermented foods, and I found out that most of the beneficial probiotics are actually in the liquid part, rather than in the solids. So Hamptons Brine is a good choice, and you can use it as a salad dressing. When probiotics are consumed in food rather than in pills/capsules, the amount you get is WAY more, like an entire bottle in one spoonful.
