Not the best directions for truckers. Pull through the gate forward to a place for us to stop. Then check in with security
They let us in through the security gate at 4:50 AM. for me, and my appointment was for 7. Receiving shows up at 6 AM.
We are giving a door we leave the trailer in the door we bring the paperwork into receiving at 6 AM. And they use capstone logistics. They're gonna send us a text message about the loading and the payment that's very high.
I was empty, but I bought a round 8 AM. Even though I was the first truck and it took a while to get the payments made and the paperwork. And hooking back up to the trailer.
The bobtails park by a water tower that is on the southeast. We have to drive around to the docks that are on the Northeast. Some of them are covered.
The best appointments are the first ones because it can get really tight to put a trailer in the docks.

It's a one-way parking lot. No overnight parking. Drop your trailer and your door bobtail to parking spot walk paperwork into receiving. You will be informed when you are Empty Hook drive back out you do not need to leave your trailer doors open. Everybody was friendly

Arrive 9:30am/ Appointment at 11:30am/ lumper fee at 1 PM/BOL ready at 1:30PM great experience! Dock area is a little tight but just take your time and GOAL

Appointment @ 7:00 AM , checked in @ 6: 39 AM , Checked Out @ 12:51 PM and a lumper fee of $510 dollars. For that crazy amount of lumper fee , I’ve should have been unloaded in 2 hours.

Good guys on the receiving desk. They’re really slow. More than 4 hours to unload. No overnight parking. It’s to hard to get parking around that area. There is one small truck stop. 7 to 100111
parking if you’re lucky to get.

Typical Sysco most of them are tight fits an if your company isn't paying the lumpers then yes capstone is spendy drivers an companies just pay it to get there truck moving but if we don't take a stand against the lumper services that charge such ungodly amounts for what to take a couple layers off a pallet

I've been delivering to Sysco warehouses for nearly 7 years throughout the United States. This has been hands down the BEST Sysco Warehouse I've ever been to. I KNOW that I'll be in and out in 2 hours. There's only been 3 times in the 4-5 dozen times that I've been here where that wasn't the case.
I wish other Sysco warehouses would send their employees to this location to learn how they should ALL operate.

Line is backed up half way down the road because the guard wants to have a conversation with everyone and can't do 2 check ins at a time and keeps sending drivers back to get other items. This is causing everyone to be late which capstone is then trying to charge late fees for. Even with that I was on time but then capstone wanted to unload based on delays of the other appointments. All standing around not doing anything. This will cause a delay even more to all the drivers trying to get home for Christmas.
