If you are considering using them: DO IT!!! I absolutely love them. We’ve tried other kids meal services, and no one can hold a candle to Nurture Life on so many levels. Their meals are so good, the food is fresh, my son loves them, and it makes dinner during the week sooo much easier. They also manage to sneak fruits and vegetables into a lot of their recipes and kiddos have no clue that it’s healthy because they think they’re just having nuggets and Mac and cheese and have no clue that there’s cauliflower and squash in there too. And if you ever have to speak to their customer service team: they’re wonderful! They are very responsive by email too, so you literally never have to worry.

It’s a great help for working parents too. When I’m tired after work and don’t want to worry about cooking something, I don’t feel like I’m bound to pizza or the drive-thru. I can warm up a healthy dinner for my son in a minute and know that he’s eating a well balanced diet faster than anywhere can deliver. The meals also freeze and reheat well, so if you have some extras each week, you can throw it in the freezer to stock up for weeks when you may need some extra days of meals. They also have a wonderful referral program, so you can get friends discounts for trying them and earn free meals for yourself!

Great food service that grows with your child. I have twin toddlers and although we tried our best to meal prep for them once a week - it just added a ton of stress to the household. Knowing that healthy, meals - at an affordable price, will arrive every week is such a huge weight off my shoulders. My only complaint is that I wish they had more vegetarian options.

Allergy-friendly! Easy to navigate by allergen and to set up which items you never want to get. Our kiddo was diagnosed with allergies, but it was too late to cancel our order - it was already being shipped. They refunded us anyway and helped me set up so that I wouldn't be sent those allergens in the future. The foods are full of hidden veggies and *not* full of added sugar. Our kid loves the Super Sammies, which are sunflower seed butter whole wheat "Uncrustable"-style sandwiches, with low sugar and veggies and fruits in the jam. They're frozen, you take them out at least 30-60 minutes before you want to eat them. I definitely recommend this company.

With a very picky 3 year old, I was determined that my daughter (12m) would be exposed to a lot more different foods this time around. (I was also hoping to get my son interested in what SHE was eating.)
Nurture Life is fantastic when you want to take the decision making out of what to cook for dinner and be assured that your little ones are eating a good variety of different foods. I love that new flavors are always coming out (and now I know my daughter loves Pesto!). Even though the finger foods didn't entice my son, it has been so much easier with my daughter (and she's eating so well) that I've continued ordering from the company. I love that I can freeze the food and thaw it for longer trips etc. We are going on a long haul flight soon and we will absolutely be taking Nurture Life finger foods on the plane for my daughter!

My 9 month old is loving the finger foods and actually eating them!!! The strawberry oats are her favorite out of the oat flavors!! Will continue to use and recommend!! Costs balance out with what you’ll spend at the store, plus it’s all fresh and trusted!

I have been using Nurture Life for 5 months and always say that my baby eats better than me. I have tasted most of the food myself and it has all tasted good. The fact that it’s delivered fresh each week takes a lot of stress off of me as a full time working mom with and hour commute each way. It’s hard to find time to cook nutritious foods. The sunflower butter and jam sandwiches are my son’s favorite. I have admittedly also ate them for lunch in a pinch and enjoy them. He drinks the smoothies usually on the weekend and it’s hard to keep him from chugging them he likes them so much. So thankful to have found Nurture Life.

We love the finger foods! My daughter (11 months) has been obsessed. We stick to the lowest sodium meals for now, but are excited to try the full range once she’s a little older. Love having these on hand for when I don’t have time to prepare full meals for her!

We have had the most amazing experience with nurture life. The meals are delicious, and it really helped us expose our toddler to a wider variety of foods. Thanks to nurture life, he has developed a love for veggies and eats every last bite of his dinners! We love the smoothies and oats too! Their customer service has been amazing as well.
