This place is very terrible. They hold you Almost 3 hour or 4, Hours Specially, especially the guy who wear the glass The black guy who was working the desk terrible. A truck badly with the truck drivers

They don’t care about drivers. Long loading times, they removed portable toilet from the yard, drivers have no access to inside restrooms. That’s crazy. Stop at guard gate, then you will check in at door 14. They’ll give you a door number to drop your trailer, after that you have to go to the parking lot, which is located by the guard gate with sign common carrier parking.

Dunno what these other reviewers experienced, but I didn't think it was quite as bad as some stated. Security guard was personable, as was the shipping clerk. Docked as soon as I got there, dropped the trailer and parked in the bobtail lot. 1.5hr load time and I was back on the road. They don't have a public bathroom, but if you're a trucker you've dealt with that situation before, don't cry about it.

ATTENTION ALL TRUCK DRIVERS!!! THERE IS NO RULE WE NEED TO SHOW YOU ANY RESPECT!!! WE CAN TALK TO YOU HOWEVER WE WANT!! It's usually your own fault you wait so long because you guys can't follow instructions. We also aren't forced to rush to load you since safety comes first. Oh, we have a rail siding to ship our products if need be if the drivers ever boycotted us. Thanks for the laugh truckers!!

Check in at the guard shack was super easy, she is a trip and loves the doggos of you have pets. The lady in the shipping office, took our info, told us to drop in the door, unhook, go park and it will be ready to pick up in 2 hours. 2 hours on the dot she called and said our trailer was ready when we were. Keep in mind our appointment was 1500 today, we called and they said day of appointments are allowed to start checking in at midnight. We got here at 1130 and are leaving the facility loaded in 2 hours. Will love to do business with them again.

A place that recycles foam packaging! And, they're open 24/7/365! What a great find. Now, if they'd just answer their phone when people call to ask questions. I had to call Corporate to get the number of the security guard so I could get the info I needed to recycle ♻️♻️♻️
