I do not understand why anyone would think that it is OK for anyone (much less a semi) to park IN A LIVE LANE OF TRAFFIC to unload a truck! This guy has a high view of himself as he inconveniences every other driver due to his inability to plan ahead. WOW.

Uptown area deliveries at 3:40AM sometimes on Mondays sometimes on Wednesdays-- They are waking us up every time! The truck isn't well-maintained as it's VERY loud, but the delivery driver himself is noisy. Is it even legal to deliver at 3:40AM?! It's months now of disturbed sleep.
